Join us at the Welcome Reception to kick off RSS 2025! The Welcome Reception will take place at Founders Park. Enjoy lunch and connect with fellow attendees before heading to the Bovard Auditorium for the official Opening Remarks and the beginning of the main conference!
Lunch will be served at Founders Park during each day of the conference. Moreover, during the extended (1.5h) lunch break, the attendees are invited to explore the poster session, demos, and sponsors’ booths that will all be located at Associates Park (a few steps from Founders Park), which also includes a coffee station.
The main program includes short coffee breaks in the morning and afternoon of each day. These are times to socialize and grab coffee, which will be served right at the entrance of the Bovard Auditorium.
The morning coffee on June 21 during the half day workshops will be served in the Epstein Family Plaza (not Founders Park) from 10:00–11:00am.
Join us each evening for RoboNight, where attendees can gather to get food and drinks, and discuss the highlights of the day. Food will be served at Founders Park. Each RoboNight features a poster session, demos, and sponsors’ booths that will be located at Associates Park. On the last day of the conference, the poster session and demos will take place earlier in the day (4-5:30pm) but will still be located at Associates Park.
Farewell Reception marks the conclusion of the RSS 2025 main conference. Enjoy light refreshments and drinks as we reflect on the events of the week and look forward to the future of robotics. The Farewell Reception will take place at Founders Park.
